Data we collect: account data (email, name, organization); billing data (plan, invoices — card numbers are NOT stored by us and are handled by the payment processor, Stripe); usage logs (IP address, device info, activity); and support inquiries. AI features use your own API key (BYOK); inputs sent to your AI provider are also governed by that provider’s policy.
2. Purposes: to provide the service, authenticate you, process billing, prevent fraud, provide support, improve quality, and comply with law.
3. Sharing / processors: we share data with processors (Stripe for payments, cloud/infrastructure, email delivery) only as necessary. We do not sell personal data or share it for unrelated purposes except as required by law.
4. International transfer: some processors may be located outside your country; we apply appropriate safeguards under applicable data-protection law (e.g., GDPR).
5. Retention: kept for as long as necessary for the purposes above or any statutory retention period, then deleted or anonymized.
