Price: Personal plan US$5 / month; Corporate plan US$50 / month (converted at the displayed currency and exchange rate). When you use cloud AI, metered API charges are billed separately by your own provider (BYOK).
Additional fees: Internet connection charges, and metered API charges for cloud AI use (billed by your own AI provider, BYOK), are borne by the customer.
Payment methods: Credit card and other methods via Stripe.
Payment timing: Charged at checkout and on each auto-renewal date.
Delivery timing: Available immediately after payment completes (software download / activation).
Term / auto-renewal: This is a subscription. Monthly plans renew every month; annual plans renew every 12 months. Unless cancelled, the subscription renews automatically and the same amount is charged on each renewal date.
How to cancel: You can cancel at any time from "Account & System > Plan and Billing" inside the app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and no further charges are made.
Returns / Cancellation: As a digital service, refunds are not provided as a general rule. You may cancel at any time; cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep access until the end of the paid period. Where your place of residence grants a statutory right of withdrawal or cooling-off period, that right applies.
Consumption tax: The seller is a tax-exempt business for Japanese consumption tax purposes, so the displayed prices do not include consumption tax.
System requirements: Windows 10/11 (x64) or Linux (x64). An internet connection is required. Using cloud AI requires your own API key (BYOK).
