Refund and Cancellation Policy
1. Nature of the contract
Awesome is sold as a subscription. Monthly plans renew every month; annual plans renew every 12 months. Unless you cancel, the subscription renews automatically and the same amount is charged on each renewal date.
- Personal plan: US$5 / month, or US$48 / year
- Business plan: US$50 / month, or US$480 / year
Prices are shown in US dollars. If you pay in another currency, the amount is converted at the exchange rate applied at the time of payment.
2. How to cancel
You can cancel at any time yourself, from “Account & Support > Plan and Billing” inside the app. You do not need to contact us to cancel.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. You keep access until then, and no further charges are made.
3. Refunds
Because this is a digital service, we do not generally offer refunds. We do not pro-rate or refund the difference for a partially used period.
This is because the software can be downloaded and used as soon as the purchase completes. Please review what the app does and the system requirements before purchasing.
4. When we do refund
Please contact us if any of the following applies:
- The service is continuously unusable due to a fault on our side.
- You were charged more than once by mistake.
- A refund or withdrawal is required by the law of your country of residence.
Write to aiofficeworker@gmail.com with the charge date, the amount, and the email address on your account. We aim to reply within 5 business days.
5. Statutory right of withdrawal
Where the law of your country of residence gives consumers a right of withdrawal (a “cooling-off” right), we follow it.
⚠ Customers in the EU and the UK: for digital content, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply if you expressly consented to immediate supply and acknowledged that you thereby lose that right. If you did not give that consent, you may withdraw within the statutory period.
6. Price changes
If we change prices, we notify you at your registered email address beforehand. Changes apply from your next renewal date. If you do not agree, you may cancel before that date.
7. Suspension or discontinuation of the service
If we discontinue the service, we will notify you in advance and refund the amount corresponding to any paid but undelivered period.
8. Scope
This policy forms part of the Terms of Service. Where the two conflict, this policy prevails. It is governed by the laws of Japan.
